Speaking of old school pics, I found a **** load of prints form San Diegos "Palm Avenue" I scanned a few.
A few of both my SX and my 4 mile outdoor track.
All those rocks, hella fun for trials bikes.

Its nothing like what Bubba does, but Bubba wasnt even born then! 1987! Scrubbing speed going off a 70 foot downhill triple.

And a few of the Same Dune gaps in Crusty1. ButterCup off Interstate 8, right by the canal.

I dont know if I'd have the balls to jump 150 feet over a bowl anymore.

Whatcha building duke? I heard its really long, about a 141.

I was 14 then. On the Kawi I was 19.

I'd do anything at Palm Avenue today on a bike of whats left of it.
99% is nowA Walmart(where that cliff is) and houses.
The road gap, that **** in the far background is JT Racing. That too is swamped with business and houses too.

I always wished that area had snow.
The only thing like that place now is Beaumont.
Its good but a bust usually. ****in houses everywhere.

My old tracks, still there. Property is Landlocked. Theres one easement in. It has a half mile of private shore on the local reservoir and cliffs and boulders all the way around it.

It got snow now and then, 2700 feet. Ocean Views and Views of the Lagunas at 6700 feet with snow.

I still have this Bike. Still has the AMA Pro Tech band on the frame and tech stickers on the front plate.
This bike will eat my 2004 CR 250 alive.
It has 265 Lbs of compression at 1800 feet.
Its a ***** to kick, but barks, and is as electric as any 4 stroke.
Tom Morgan built it when he was building Fros Engines. for Kaw.

Cliff drops. To be young. I'd do this on a bike, but man sleds kill my back.

As long as my back doesnt get jarred I'm good but if it does, Im walking like a 90 year old for like 3 months.

I don't know, Mikey - I remember the last time you had traction out here...

A young duke1n climbing big hills in CB:

It got away from him again:

The real reason duke1n now drives a 2001 quad-turbo, jacked up, de-badged man magnet:

Doody goes to the vault lol. I went back to see if I had any pics of you being your extreme little bad self and could only come up with one of you stuck in a wide open level field. Thoughts? Look how we've both progressed. Uh ok well... look how I've progressed lol

dukeshack1n

Yeah - that was the sled that Kevin basically copied part for part from me.

Hey, Mikey - I found a picture of the homestead before you added indoor plumbing! Talk about digging deep in the vault.

;-)
