Oh and you speak as if you ride with a different group or something. You know you will be there,

LOTS OF GREAT INFO. NITRO I SENT YOU A PM. I HAVE HEARD OF ROMANOSE B-4 FROM A BUDDY IN OREGON WHO IS FROM IDAHO.
It is most deffinatly my favorit over all place to ride, It has it all from a trail ride into the first lake and play area, to some pukker factor situations if you so choose.

Priest Lake has some awesome spots to ride if you know how to get to them. If you have people that just like to burn trails there is plenty of that too. Last spring we stayed at Cavanaugh bay (sp?) and the owners really hooked us up.

Roman Nose is pretty fun too. The 2nd lake is more fun IMO, and has a chute if the snow is right. Be careful if you go up there though, and make sure you know where the closed area for the caribou herd is. I dont think there are many of them left these days but its still closed :(

P.S. Those are some sweet shots!

lost creek, echo bowl and trapper creek are the main play areas.
With hundreds of miles of groomed trails in between. but the east side has most of the climbing and the west side has most of the trail riding.
roman nose would be a fun boondock ride from priest if you know where you are going. Trailering to roman nose from coolin would probably be around 90 minutes. Great riding at roman nose, but it depends if you are trailering or not.
for trails riding. indian mountain, tango loop, watson, beaver pass, hughes meadows.
http://www.priestlake.org/ there is trail map off of this web page.
HAve fun, we spent about 25 new years at elkins in the past.
