I agree we need snow......I rode out of Crystal Springs last weekend and it was concrete. Little bits of sugar granules on top.

First impressions make all the difference in the world to me. I just dont take someones word that a dealer/salesman/mechanic is top notch or one of the best. I find out for myself. Yes after browsing the sales floor, i approached the parts counter and stood there for a couple of minutes with the intention of asking how much a WE shock revalve would cost me. Yes a mechanic dropped his tools while working on a sled and walked over to the counter with the " what the hell did you interupt my work for " look on his face. Yes he answered my question rather bluntly and then went back to his wrenching duties. That right there was a turn off and the deal breaker. I figured i wasnt important enough so they wont get my biz. That's funny. You told someone else to get their facts straight and keep their negative opinions to themselves, but then you slam Pierre's based on the ONE TIME that you were there and there were no salesmen clamoring around you withing 10 seconds after walking in the door? Just curious, what were you "not impressed" about with their shop or their mechanics? Did you get any mechanical work done there, or were you just not happy that the mechanics didn't drop what they were doing and put their salesmen hats on? Personally, I don't like salesmen clamoring around me as soon as I walk into the door of a place. If I need any help, I know how to ask.
So far in my dealings with Pierre's, I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable (most important thing for me), and great people to deal with. I could understand you slamming them if you had a bad experience with them, but slamming them because you weren't greeted by a salesman soon enough? Wow... I mean... just... WOW.
I would not take my sled to them for any kind of service on something that I would be afraid to tackle myself.
They are VERY nice people but for any real expertize on sleds, I will go to their sister dealer-- I-90 in Issaquah.
Ride is a Bike store that sells sleds too.
Not that it is a bad thing, it just is.
Actually RIDE does sell quite a bit of doo stuff and they did a great job doing some warranty work on my XP. The manager I believe does ride a pretty sick XP and some of the other guys I have talked to in there ride sleds as well. Not sure how I-90 is much different, their main business is bikes too.
I love all you people that demand that negetive comments be left unsaid...
Fantasy Island doesn't exist. Get a hold of yourself... they're just words. You can handle it....
There is more fresh snow in my freezer than anywhere in the state...

I live in Monroe and there is no way in he!! I would buy from Premier.
Screw me once, shame on you , screw me twice shame on me , screw me a third time and I'm a bigger Idiot than you. Randy forces his mechanics to do under handed work. He Is a used car salesman slim ball. If I ever run into him on the hill I will tell him what a pile of dog crap he is. The only problem with his riding is he only rides on the groomed trails with his fat azz stuck to the seat. He wouldn't and couldn't take a mountain sled out and push it to its limit to see if it is set up right.
