Im right with you Duvall Dan, Randy is a great individual and is trying to run a business along with his wife. Im sure they are struggling right now but have managed to keep my business, yes i purchased a sled from him and him and his crew are a wonderful group of people. On occassion, i have gone on some rides with Randy himself and others that he associates with. I can tell you his passion is snowmobiles and quads AND customer satisfaction, he is a very pleasant person to be around but before you start spouting out about Randy and his crew BLINDMAN get the facts straight and your negative opinions to yourself. Sure some of the mechanics and sales people dont have alot of experience but hey each and every one of us has started some job in our employment past "green" and have had to go through trials and errors and time to get the experience we all have in our own jobs and careers. Sure that shop has struggled to keep good mechanics employed there ( it helps to have honest mechanics working there and not ripping the company off, im sure you know who you are) but for the most part they, the mechanics do good work. By the way, i was in kenmore the other day, stopped into Pierre's for the first time and was not impressed with thier shop or the mechanics/salesman for the most part. I was not greeted or asked if i needed help or had a question about anything. I was the only one on the sales floor and not one person came to help me. At least Randy and his crew at PP are friendly and professional enough to say hi and be helpful........Thats all i have to say!!!!

Poor Dealership

I bought my last sled from Premier Polaris. It will be my last from them. I told Debbie i would put the pipe, can, intake and clutch work on my self to save me the labor. They were going to sell me the pipe for my 09 Dragon for $500.00 pluss a brake on the other stuff. All said and done the owner couldn't sell the pipe for that because i told them i am not paying for the labor for installing everything. And this is the laim part. I asked them why they installed everythig when i told them not to. They told me there mechanic just like putting that stuff on. Who in the hell puts accessorys on a sled unless there told to. I asked the mechanic and he him self told me they told him to put that stuff on my new sled. They were just trying to make a fast buck off me. I made them give me the deal on the accessorys pluss free intallation or i would go somewhere else. They were trying to pull a fast one on me. This is crap and the makings of a poor dealership that shouldn't be in buisness.

Obi Wan about Pierre's I will have to say there is more to the story as the guys at that shop have always been the best at what they do. Just calling and asking Jason about your set-up would have gotten response and a fix... heck Jason would take the thing on the hill if it was a set-up problem. As for others asking about customer service Mike is the best at what he does and I trust his ability to follow through on all and any problems. Pierre's is a no BS shop that knows their stuff and does the testing.

Jon at Pierre's took a couple of his sleds to the Snowest challenge and kicked some butt. Not bad for a bigbore RMK600 and a well set up 700. Laid waste to the 800's.

I have not ridden Poo in a long time but my dealer when I did was Pierre's.

He is the absolute best Poo set up guy in the state as far as I'm concerned.
I hear that John has followed him in the best set up department now.

When I was a customer, Everett Pierre was still a mechanic who happened to own the place too! John and I never got along but they say he's a great guy now!;)

Somebody said they went into Pierre's and were "Ignored"?
Dam, I wish I could go into a sled shop and not get dry humped by every salesman wanting to make the sale that would put his kids through college.
"Leave me alone I'll let you know when I need some help" Otherwise let me look around without asking me a million questions and talking about the weather trying to become buddies so you can make a sale.

All I can say about Pierre's is that I wouldnt drop a dollor in there store! After being a dealer for several years and doing dealer trades with them and helping them when they needed help on getting a unit as they did for me. When it came time to buy my last two selds (one in 08 and one in09) I called John and after waiting several day's for a reply i had to call AGAIN only to be told that i could pay retail plus freight and set up! I never have and never will pay retail for a sled or the parts I buy. I understand a store has to make money but I beleive it is easier to REPLACE THE PRODUCT THAN THE CUSTOMER! I will continue to buy new sleds, just not from them.

Not that it's any difference, but i didnt buy both of them from Randy either.

Good luck with the move Randy!

So your basing your experiance on a three week employment record of Brady? WOW! I happen to know Brady quite well and i can assure you that even Brady cant have all the parts all the time.

Not defending Randy but dont use Brady as a tool.

I'm not basing my opinion on his work experience there which was about 3 months if I remember correctly. I'm not saying that Brady has all the parts either. I'm saying that since Brady left there they haven't had a mechanic that has any knowledge of sleds so my sleds won't go there.

Since Brady left there, my sleds go to Pierres for service and I just order my clothes directly from Polaris. No one in the dealership even rides a snowmobile.

When you say that no one at the dealership even rides a snowmobile, are you talking about Pierres? I'm pretty sure that everyone there rides fairly regularly.

I wish the new dealer well and I hope, for my sake they decide to sell Doo's out here so I don't have to drive so far for parts.
That would be sweet. No real Doo dealer for many miles. (I-90)

You don't consider Ride Motorsports in Woodinville to be a real Doo dealer? I've been buying Honda motorcycle parts from them for a while, and I bought a couple of used Polaris sleds and trailer from them last November (they had taken them for trade in). So far in my experience they are great people to deal with. I don't have any dealings with them as far as Skidoos though, I only know that they are a Skidoo dealer.

That's funny. You told someone else to get their facts straight and keep their negative opinions to themselves, but then you slam Pierre's based on the ONE TIME that you were there and there were no salesmen clamoring around you withing 10 seconds after walking in the door? Just curious, what were you "not impressed" about with their shop or their mechanics? Did you get any mechanical work done there, or were you just not happy that the mechanics didn't drop what they were doing and put their salesmen hats on? Personally, I don't like salesmen clamoring around me as soon as I walk into the door of a place. If I need any help, I know how to ask.

So far in my dealings with Pierre's, I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable (most important thing for me), and great people to deal with. I could understand you slamming them if you had a bad experience with them, but slamming them because you weren't greeted by a salesman soon enough? Wow... I mean... just... WOW.

Sorry to confuse! I mean't no one at Premier rides. I've ridden with John from Pierres so I know they all ride.

This is a completely false statement.

Randy, Debbie and AJ at Premier are known riders on the slopes. Then again they work 6 days a week, so not like they are going to be out there as much as others during the season.

It is time for those bashing the dealerships to disclose if they have any affiliation with these dealers other than being a customer. These comments seem too negative to be just a customer experience.

I do NOT have any affiliation, how about you?

I would not take my sled to them for any kind of service on something that I would be afraid to tackle myself.
They are VERY nice people but for any real expertize on sleds, I will go to their sister dealer-- I-90 in Issaquah.

Ride is a Bike store that sells sleds too.
Not that it is a bad thing, it just is.

ha ha ha.... we need snow... something needs to wash all the sand out of peoples vagies.... :beer;
