Power valve slide

[7.3 sled head]

Help!! I pulled my power valves out to clean them an can't remember does the large bevel/groove point down toward my crank or up towards my head. Any info would be greatly appreciated

yup. down. i cant ever remember either most the time.. .I only do one at a time for that reason.

down look at the angle of pv compared to cylnder might help you rember,never tried but dont think they would fit in upsind down. good luck

YES!...they CAN be installed upside down....and it will be catastrophic!!!! I laughed ( wasn't my sled) but it pretty much beat the stuffing out of the guys piston and cylinder!
You are wise to ask!

holy sh#$%tt im lucky then

i put in up side down an it didnt do a thing to it. flipped them back over and they worked great
