This kit is built by Edgeworks in Boise, Idaho. Edgeworks is the company that builds the Pro 900 head for Carls Cycle and the rear bumper for the Pro as well. Their quality is top notch. The re-enforcement kit is two pieces and it is made from 6061 extruded billet aluminum. It will be held together with 2 allen head cap screws. The clamp will be tapped and recessed to facilitate the cap screw. It is designed in such a manner that it will not cause or induce any type of imbalance. As you can see in the picks, one is a cad drawing and the other is a crosscut view. They can start to ship them by December 10th. It's $80 for one set(a complete clamp). All you need is one clamp for the Mag side (belt drive side).

All of the driving force is on the belt drive side. As you may have seen in all of the pics in different posts, this is the only side that is failing. You can install one on each side if you like but, we feel that its not necessary.

I just left Edgeworks shop. Here are some pics of the first one. Obviously this one is not cut in half or drilled and tapped yet but, you can see what it looks like and how it will fit. We altered it a little bit so it will grip the insert for some added support. Don is planning on starting to shipping these on thursday. Very nice design and light weight. The final product you get in your hands will look even better. Weighs 7.855 oz.
