Is there still a place called Pinnacle Buttes just above Dubouis? Haven't been out that way for quite some time and am thinking about it for this season, just wondering what the accommodations were like in the area now.

Nothing wrong with Lava Mountain Lodge. Owner is constantly upgrading. Best deal is bring 9 others with you and rent the house.

Its Lava Mountain Lodge

Just 18 miles West of Dubois. Right off the CD trail on the PB. Theres a gas station, general store with snowmobile belts, plugs, etc and a restaurant, bar and liquor store. They have lodge rooms, a group cabin that sleeps 10 and new rustic cabins that sleep 4. New menu that great, nothing priced over $20. Really friendly and clean, its a great place to stay.
