Since Chris's sleds are in my garage, I went and took the pictures you guys wanted. I did however, forget to take the one with the boots on the boards, but I can tell you that they are substantially wider than stock.

JK, I thought it looked pretty cool though..
Installation was fairly straight forward, although I was a little nervous about taking a saw to two brand new sleds that aren't even mine! I think they will be a great improvement over stock.

I used a jigsaw, plotted a line and chopped it off in about 15 minutes. My tunnel was off the sled at that time though so it made it easier.

love the frames, question about the tracks thats the track off the pro rmk i noticed! did you have to tooth down to make that track fit and not rub or whats the scoop on that? im still in a toss up but ill probably give the stock assault track a chance ridding buddy bought a pro rmk so we will compare in a month

I snowchecked an Assault too...the 5.1 RMK track was a snowcheck option for this year.
Is that Cat in your garage pouting in the corner? 
Is that a pellet stove? No insulation in the walls? How does that work?

haha. And the 5.1 track was a snowcheck option as said above.
this gives me some hope. i ordered august 1st and am still waiting patiently.

Yeah wood burning stove. Throw some wood on the fire and you can work all day in there with just a t-shirt. But by morning, its cold again... Hopefully we'll have it insulated and sheetrocked by next winter.

I've got size 14 Klim boots and they fit nicely on the boards. They didnt fit well on the stock boards.

7.5" at the footwell. 4.75" at the rear.
Why didn't we have a fire last time? It was freezing!!
Whats All the hype with betterboards and airframes ? I'm a new pro owner and I'm just wondering why lots of you are changing the stock boards? What's wrong with them ? Do they build up with snow ? Bend ?
