Yeah I remember seeing the kids at the cabin in Boulder - they were flat out - don't even think they wanted to stop for a break - great little riders also!!!
Those are scary chutes!!!

Great Pics thanks for sharing. What a great Dad,your kids will never forget:D.Cheers Red Dog.

From the feedback I was getting - the measuring stick at the Boulder cabin was at 11ft and the guide said it's usually at 14-16ft this time of year. So I guess it would be below average - still tons of snow just depends if you're lucky enough to hit fresh snow when ya go - and thank GOD we did!!!!

WOW what a trip you must had!! I will go west in the future for sure and when I look at picture like you posted, its a backcountry sledder's dream. Some guy hare trailerring their sled from here in Québec to Revelstoke to make the trip of their lives and I will do it some day. Its the distance or the budget that it the most for us eastern Canada guys to head to the Rockies.... Until then , I enhance my backcountry riding skills on my Summit X 154 on the Monts Vallins in the Saguenay's region of Québec. We get 25-30 ft of snow each years but we don't have the open play ground they got in the west.

Awesome Pics!! So you liked your stay at Glacier house? We often hear of a overcrowed riding area? Looks like you found lot of untracked snow to play in.

Wicked trip for a bunch of east coasters!!!
Glacier was good - I have heard mixed reviews about it though.
Our guide "STEVE" made the trip he really knows the mountains there - we were among the first ones in the mountains each day and he really concentrated on bringing us to untouched spots instead of just the few main riding areas (we did see those but didn't dwell there).
A ggod guide really makes a difference!!!
