PAR 1100 EFI on Vi-PEC tuned by Cody Phillips Racing

I want one. Man that thing sounds awesome and runs great. Im thinking i need to get out and work a bunch of overtime to buy one. What is the hp on the 1100? Good work guys keep it up. Bigbores sure have come a long ways since psi. I think psi left a lot of bad taste in peoples mouths but man these new ones are sweet.

This one made around 203 at the crank due to lower compression. The motor that got all the testing had higher compression and made 221 on a very safe tune.

This thing is beast mode for sure :):jaw:

To late already in the works!!! Check out our facebook page.

12.5/1 compression

Cody will there need to be a change in the tune such as timing with 15:1 compression I have the vipec waiting at Brads to put on my 12 1100

1100/220Hp would be even more impressive if you post some rpms and get the torque...

Just sayin :face-icon-small-win

That depends on what fuel you plan on running, if you're going to go straight race fuel then you could likely get away with the timing that I built for Brad's lower compression setup. If you don't want to do that then I would gladly adjust the timing numbers for your personal sled.

We will also have the knock sensor active in the map as a safeguard again detonation.

I know Brad was impressed at the rpms the sled pulled once it was properly tuned. With the weights he had in it, he mentioned it might only pull 7800. But in our datalogs we were seeing 8400 I believe. I'm pretty sure that was out of Brad's peak power readings from the dyno.

I want to say it made 148 ft lbs. of torque, but Brad would have to confirm.

that is good news on the det sensor I ran it last year on carbs with same comp ratio on AV gas and didnt have a single problem. We may have to meet on the hill in the next month or so to really dial mine in.

Sounds good, always happy to schedule an on-site appointment :)

haha funny how all the naysayers said vipec wouldn't work on a snowmobile. Its also funny how the same people were in the fuel controller business.

Gee, where are all the guys that were bashing the vipec over the summer?? This thing sounds good!

Unfortunately for Vipec, it's wasn't the product they were bashing...it was the guy who funds the product development. LOL

so explain to me how we would we have the vipec ECU developed for snowmobiles if there was no one funding the product development? Didn't they help HM turbos get the vipec set up for their turbo system? would you be happier with a dobeck or a boondocker box over the Vipec for your turbo system? just curious...

I'm not sure if you got my point or maybe I don't quite know what you mean. I am not suggesting anything other than Gino's abrasive posting wasn't well received by anyone.

Can't wait to see an 1100 or 910 in person with the Vipec.

I think Hart told me that one is coming in for install really soon.
