i'm 25 and my knees are hating this cold spell we are in.

my knees pop and crack when I get up, when I turn, when I squat....I have one ankle that does it too.

My right hand tells me everytime it storms, it throbs in the cold.

and thanks to a graceful dismount this fall on my dirtbike, my left thumb now hurts 24-7.

And the wife wonders why I(the lover of all things winter) wants to retire to the Islands.

Im 40 and doing construction all my life, Having a bad back 4 knee surgerys including 2 acl reconstructions not only do I make a man noise i have a diffrent one for each movement
