Oil filter on turbo????

How many people use a oil filter in there oil sump setup on there 2 stroke turbo sled? Is there any reason not to use a inline filter? Ive notcied some turbo sleds have one and others dont! Just curious if maybe the filter affects life of oil pump maybe??

For those that do use a in line filter what are you guys using? Does the bd one work fine or is there something better?

I have a BD and just used the BD filters.

I didnt change my oil as much as I should have last year. I had some metal flake in the oil and filter

small inline guy from the auto parts store. cheap and easy to replace. just a nice line of insurance.

use a magnefine filter,

it is a filter and a magnet all in one. cheap and easy to use.

One caution probably worth mentioning, these small electric oil pumps dont offer a great deal of flow to begin with, adding bigger filters may not be all that great of a plan

Skidoo has inline filters on there oil injection line on some of there sleds, that is the one i run. My Twisted setup works great being filtered.
