Well, not as bad as I thought, I got lucky. Must have forgot to put the cotter pin in the jackshaft. Also must of forgot to tighten the nut for the top gear. That what happens when you work on a sled till 430am. Looked in the back of my truck this morning and saw a puddle of chaincase fluid and thought, Damn there goes my chaincase, but the nut must have pushed out my cover just enough to let the fluid leak out. Should be able to file the jackshaft enough to get a gear on. I hope to have it ready for the weekend.

doug..I have stock 20/41 gears if you need em....

Thanks mike, I have more of the same gears. I will be ordering some billet top gears and a new chain tomorrow. I'm going to use some spare parts for the weekend. I'll just ride easy this weekend. Does anyone in Anchorage carry billet gears?
