“[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State.
(a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.
(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.
(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]”
What does that mean? The child could have been born ANYWHERE in the world, and still received a Certification of Live Birth. It proves nothing!!! So Snow Flake...I'm still waiting to see what kind of evidence you can show us. I've seen NOTHING, ignorance is truly bliss. Glad your in a happy place.

Sorry but in the USA we go by the US constitution to find the rules for presidency. You won't find the definition of citizen where you are looking. Here's a hint, it starts with 14th. Born in the USA. that's it, very easy to understand.
Go ahead and post up the 14th amendment and right under it give your intrepretation of what "Born in the USA means in that amendment, not wickipedia or Fox news interpretation or some other right wing lunatic blog BS. You can't spin the facts into anythig different. Obama was born in the USA.

What Hawaii's statute PROVES is that his Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii does not prove he was born in the U.S. Seems pretty simple to me. I don't get what you don't understand. Oh yeah, it's ignorance that's clouding your judgment.

I didn't say it's my proof that he wasn't born in the USA. A Certificate of Live Birth is not proof that he was born in the United States nor anywhere else. That's why it needs to be confirmed with a Birth Certificate. It's that simple. If that's what he used to prove his status to prove his status as a natural born citizen, it leaves a distinct possibility that he's a fraud. I honestly believe is a natural born citizen, but he's hiding something else that he doesn't want publicly known.

Again, it's up to those that don't accept the proof that was presented to disprove it. You have not done that. If you think you have, then maybe you can show it to all those generals or colonels or what the hell that you know about that have refused to deploy to Iraq and Iran because our president is not a citizen of the USA and they will help you organize to overthrow the US government. I got this off of a Corvette site I hang out on, this was in the Politics section obviously. The link I posted comes up as an attack site but I have not had any trouble after clicking it, neither have the guys on the Corvette site. I think someone is trying to take the site down. What ever you do, save the pic of the cert to your hard drive.
