Nothing to get your red-white and blue blood flowing like a little 6:00am PT....it was pretty intense.
Anyways, I like to sit on the fence on this one. I don't agree with Chazmanian, but I do sorta see his point.
First, I'll explain why I see his point: I don't see how posting things like
"Sounds like more "thought control" for the masses. BO is waaayyy out of control!!!!!!"
Will help any of us. It sure feels good, but no real good will come of posting it on some internet snowmobile forum.
Second, I'll explain why I disagree: Saying things like

in public would cause an uproar, or at least a stir. On here, you can post it, and not only will you not get challenged by an idiot (most of the time) you will be supported by other people who truly believe it too. Sort of a warm and fuzzy feeling if you will bear with me on it.

I know I said I would stop posting stuff intended for Chaz, but I got this email today and it made me laugh. It is a perfect parting gift for Chaz:
A cowboy from Texas attends a social function where
Barack Obama is trying to gather more support for his Health Plan. Once he
discovers the cowboy is from President Bush's home area, he starts to
belittle him by talking in a southern drawl and single syllable words.
As he was doing that, he kept swatting at some flies
that were buzzing around his head. The cowboy says, "Y'all havin' some
problem with them circle flies?"
Obama stopped talking and said, "Well, yes, if that's
what they're called, but I've never heard of circle flies."
"Well Sir," the cowboy replies, "circle flies hang
around ranches. They're called circle flies because they're almost always
found circling around the back end of a horse."
"Oh," Obama replies as he goes back to rambling. But, a
moment later he stops and bluntly asks, "Are you calling me a horse's
a$$?"
"No, Sir," the cowboy replies, "I have too much respect
for the citizens of this country to call their President a horse's a$$."
"That's a good thing," Obama responds and begins
rambling on once more.
After a long pause, the cowboy, in his best Texas drawl
says, "Hard to fool them flies, though."

your tactics and approach are the very core of what Lou Pritchett called out in his letter...
All very normal tactics...
Generally speaking, this crowd is conservative with a heavy dose of libertarian...However, it is not just a Republican blog site...most of us were just as Harsh on President Bush for his spending spree...The hard part is seeing that most of us are pretty independent thinkers...

- You dont debate the points you accuse with slander and inuendo
- You dont bother with addressing the facts or the "facts", in fact when you cant handle the facts, you just change the subject...generally to smearing and slandering the person offering the retort...

Hmmmm....I came here to post in the snowmonile sections and glean some knowledge. I spend money with the vendors on this site. Several grand in the past week. Want proof? Isnt that what a forum is really for? A place for vendors to sell their wares whilst we talk shop?
And you? What exactly is it that you do? What are you really contribuiting? The folks who run this forum...They want more guys like me spending money with the advertisers or do they want more of.....You?

I'm simple and this is my take.
A. Our elected officials are spending our money and my kids money like Crackheads with a stolen credit card.
B. Our house and senate both have a Dem majority with a sitting Dem President.
C. Spewing crazy talk and essentially advocating a third party, secession or abolishing the gov altogether does nothing to get some sense of balance back into Washington to slow the Dem machine down. Its kook talk.
D. Your brand of divisive Talk radio inspired spew hurts the Republican party canidates whom are very much needed to balance out the beast. Dont for one minute try and say you think up all your crazy talk on your own. You dont. Stop lying. You mimick what you hear the Conservative talk radio guys say every day on AM radio. Its simple. You have lots of their talking points that you just arent smart enough to fabricate on your own accord.
E. You do not reflect the views of any rational realistic voting base. You are essentially a fringe extremist driven by talk radio entertainment and quite frankly you are the elemant that is harmful to my Republican party. Hence? I dont like what you stand for....You make solid rational conservative folks look like kooks. You make anyone right of center look insane and bizzare.
F. Whilst you are essentially an anti-government seperatist creep ( Youre just trying to act tough on the forum in front of youre fellow forumators whom enjoy this brand of whack-jobness. By reading how you post you are more apt to be simple-simon workingman lower income type of guy. Prove me wrong though?)

I will do this with good faith, regardless of party. Unless they prove to me they are an enemy of the Constitution.

It's not a republican vs demorcrat thing.
It's a constitutional vs socialist thing.
The media has chosen sides.
The government has determined they have more authority than the constitution allows them to have.
The states have laid down and allowed the feds to take over.
Courts refuse to take up constitutional issues.
The Supreme court has been stacked by judges who don't enforce the constitution, thus Sotomyer (sp?) who has a 60% overturn rate on constitutional issues gets on the supreme court.
The feds take over the bankin industry.
The feds take over the car industry.
The feds take over the medical industry.
The feds take over the schools.
The feds control the roads.
The feds control the electricity.
The feds control the water.
The feds control the land.
The feds control the food supply.
The list goes on and on and on.
