Nytro Trenching Problems

I have a S/C nytro with a 162 camo extreme, Gen II skis, and moded tunnel. i am having a lot of problem with it trenching on the hills. the sled never runs out of power it just digs a trench. it has the stock skid under it with the stiffer springs in it. if anyone has any info that could help me it would be much appreciated..

I'd start the stiffer springs as the trenching culprit but the softer springs are gonna create their own problems. Sorry to not be much help but getting the stock skid to work with your set up is gonna be tough.

I have had the same problem will my Nytro but I am running stock with a pipe. Just put a mountain tamer rear skid on it with the hope it will help. Sorry I don't know much more but will be in Cooke tomorrow and will let you know if anything is better.

Thanks for your help. Does anyone know really how much better the 2010 rear skid is. I would rather save my $$$ and put it toward a new sled than spending it this late in the season on a after market skid.

check your limiter straps and tighten most of the way...the approach angle on the stock skid sucks. I sucked up my limiter strap all the way and it made a world of difference in the powder.
