Nice chnge to thr cr tunnel , i never could figure out why they used those useless holes before.

if they are anodizing it black they will likely use a type III process which does not involve anywhere near enough heat to anneal the aluminum... this type of finish should also be very hard and scratch resistant. My $.02

nice new tunnel.... and about the annodizing it doesnt chip but i found it to scratch more then what they lived it up to be and apparantly it weekends the metal? cause of the heat involved

I'll find out a little more about the anodizing process, I know the snow doesn't stick to it as good as before. And it doesn't chip and is very durable. Mine was being done right away and will be back. I'll post some pics.

i see theres different types of annodizing....... and the snow does still stick to it pretty good but it comes off way easier.

Looks very good rknight111, we are going to have very similar sleds, except my m-10 rails are polished. I am waiting on my sled to arrive so I can start the transformation!

I was thinking of doing that but the upkeep on the rails would drive me insane. Bad enough the M10 Brackets and the back bumper. If you need any information let me know, I have all the measurments and specs.

Nope, , I dont think I'll be letting to many test the unit. 30K for a Sled, if they made a mistake, I dont think any one would want to pay for it. Your riding it you better have enough cash on hand to buy a new one if somthing was to go wrong. Mabie I can run over to the Edmonton Indy today and take someones car for a rip around the track

I like the black steath look and wanted the rivots all done too....chad asked me 3 times....you sure this is what you want....should turn out nice I think he was a little PO'ed cause the CR racing was blacked out
