Nytro CR tunnel..new style??

I have one sitting in my garage right now, it has the running boards the the VE tunnels, it looks sweet. If I remember, I will take a picture when I get home tonight. I liked everything about the CR tunnel, except for the running boards, now this tunnel is as good as it gets.

lcc has a pretty nice tunnel it has the big holes on the runing boards and i think it is a sweet ride.

I'd sure like to see a pic....heres a question for guys that have recieved CR tunnels that have been powdered.....when they show up are they mint?? like no scratches or marks ect?? Also is the website price what you pay or do they have a summer discount?? thanks guys....

I had 2 tunnels sent up to me and they were wraped perfect no marks on the paint job

Here are pics of my tunnel, I ordered it polished, then Im going to have it anodized black. But they come with some swirls and scratches so I am currently polishing it with 3M glaze before, once anodized it looks sweet.
I will have my complete project on snowandmud under nytro build.

If both of these tunnels are for the FX Nytro, why is Rknight's cut out for the exhaust & Jetpilot's not? Can you get the solid as an option for under tunnel exhaust?? Is there any pricing difference?

one is for rear mount turbo one is for front mount turbo not sure on the price

The only thing that would make that tunnel any better at all is if it had a VE style rear bumper that kicked up. Other than that, it's sweet!

Yes my tunnel was ordered for the rear mount turbo. I'll be installing a Powderlight Turbo. I will be running the exhaust underneath though. Now that I have the tunnel I have taken it totally apart and I am going over and fine polishing it until its like glass. Then I will have the tunnel itself anodized black. It wil be shiny black almost like it was powder coated but better, no chipping and its harder to scratch. I did order it polished as well.

nice new tunnel.... and about the annodizing it doesnt chip but i found it to scratch more then what they lived it up to be and apparantly it weekends the metal? cause of the heat involved

Throw up some finished pics guys.....Anybody done one with powdercoated running board coolers?? If so is the powder staying on them?? Or is it cracking off and flaking...


OK after looking at the pics somemore....the part where you stand is it 0.065th also?? Wonder if thats gonna be strong enough?? I Have f bombs better boards and the are 1/8 or .125 material...alot thicker?? Did chad test these out for a whole season??thanks

I would like to know too, I detsroyed my Better Boards anbd had to run 2" aluminum strap the whole length underneath to keep them from twisting anymore.
