nytro build is done

The Boondocker kit works good on the Nytro for the most part you end up spending an extra 300 or so dollars in upgrading oil hoses , fuel lines ,etc.
What upgrade showed the most improvement shocks or a-arms .Granted if you change a-arms most people would dump the stock shocks . But iam just about done pumping money into this project .Time to start on a m8 turbo
Good shocks are definately the best upgrade IMO.

Your results may vary, but seem different from mine

I don't get what kind of scales people on here may be using.

I replaced OEM front shocks, A-arms, and spindles last season with Zbroz parts on my 08 Nytro MTX. I weigh each and every part coming off my sled and each and every part going back on to the nearest half ounce, including all the related fasteners.

First I replaced the OEM shocks with Zbroz X1 shocks, no other changes at the same time. Heavier or lighter than stock? HEAVIER. Did I care?--no, since the performance was so incredibly better.

Next I replaced the OEM A-arms and spindles with Zbroz parts (standard width). Heavier or lighter than stock? HEAVIER. Again, did I care?--No since again there was a noticeable improvement.

Before ordering these spendy upgrades, I talked to the "Broz", and they were very forthright and told me I would not be saving any weight, but actually adding a bit. But they sold me on the improved shock performance and adjustability, the greater A-arm strength and improved steering geometry, and increased front suspension ground clearance. All of which I found to be true for me in the last 800 miles.

If you have to choose between upgrading to adjustable shocks or upgrading to better A-arms/spindles, I would say the shocks made more difference to me. But, I did the shocks first, so that may influence my opinion.

If you're interested in some "light weight" OEM A-arms, spindles, and shocks, PM me, I've got a take-out set (1100 miles) including new bushings/ball joints not yet installed.

That is what I thought and seems to be consistent with other Zbroz users. Thanks for the reply.

I did not weigh the replacement parts, but just by the word of who I bought them from( which was not Zbros). The lowers really felt alot lighter in my hands, but if they're not lighter then thats fine too.
Like you said here, they have many advantages over the stock parts, that in my opinion they are still a worthy upgrade. These Zbros arms are still nice and tight after a season and a half, and we have replaced bushings and ball joints on my kids sled twice.
