Definite Inspiration, I have wanted to get a Hagglund Vehicle and make the rear drive unit into a flat bed, or even better, retain the rear cabin, and make a trailer that held the sleds, and also groomed the trails on the way to make base camp, further into the wilderness.
It definitely would not perform like this example, but rubber tracked, all the same.
If one could find a Mercedes Diesel powered Hagglund, one could convert it to run on Waste Vegetable Oil and use free "transport" fuel, and make free electricity and generate heat.
