Normal clothing vs. snowmobile clothing

Black for me too.

I always though Klim stuff was WAY overpriced..........until I bought it and used it. Worth every penny. And this is coming from the biggest cheapskate on the planet!

X2..... will never wear anything but Klim

I agree 100 percent with that.. snowboard and ski gear is really good... just not as abrasive resistant. Though... when will KLIM figure out you should have one of those key clips in a pocket, we will never know.... That and vents on the inside of the legs.... Oh... and pockets longer then 4 inches would be nice too......

Though with the XCR goretex and other more abrasive fabrics coming out for board gear I might switch back.. Cutting off all the dumb KLIM labels will have to do in the mean time....

I have the key clip in the valdez I bought last year, so I think they have them now, might need a new suit now! haha.

I used to wear ski-doo gear for years, never kept me dry, and I always felt like a walking yellow advertisement, I have the Klim gear now, straight black, it works, and in my opinion looks pretty good.

I just bought my first piece of Klim gear other than gloves (and the gloves pretty much suck)
For the money, I hope they are everything I've heard.
Got the brand new Freeride pants with "Mapping Technology" whatever the heck that means.
Good looking stuff though. All black with a little yellow and grey.

You wouldn't believe what I was "rockin" just eight short years ago.
I'd post a picture but I'd never live it down and I'm pretty certain I'd end up with the looters face on me.
ALL Ski Doo gear with all the free advertising, including the original design NMFH and all decals. A regular walking billboard for DOO.
and even striking a pose in front of Mt St Helens lookin real studly!

Good thing my scanner's not working or I'd be tempted to let you folks see the real geek of the week from eight years ago!

I firmly believe in having good goretex gloves that keep your hands dry. Also good boots to keep your feet dry and also a good under layer, I wear helly hanson underwear. The rest of my suit is snowboarding pants from Costco and a HJC jacket I got on sale a couple years ago. I'm always warm.
