I just bought a new '09 RMK800 155". It's bone stock with 38 miles on it.
My first question, will it run better, quicker once it breaks in better and I get the 1st tank of gas with extra oil ran through it? If so, how many miles until I'm getting everything this sled has got power wise?
I am coming off of a hot 900RMK that was piped, reeds, RKTek head, geared, clutched, and I am really missing the instant neck snapping throttle response and pull with this new 800, that I had with my 900.
What should I do to the sled to help make is snappier? I don't want to spend a ton of money on this sled though either.
Lastly, I moved my Powder Pros over to this new 800, are the PP's still the best ski out there for mountain riding? It's been a long time since I've kept up with whats hot and whats not.
