since my sled is sitting up on a mountain top with another blown up DD drive its time to pull the trigger on a new BDX lite drive. Wanted to wait until they got the new straight cut planetary out but guess my dd had different ideas. I want to gear down a little but not sure how much not looking for something too drastic. all deep snow and mountain riding 3-7k ft with a lot of trips up to revy area. more into riding trees than hero pulls, but she needs to climb well to get to the goods. thinking 55/65's that would give me a 2.65 overall ratio... how much will this impact my clutching?
