New gen Rev Boss Seat shortening

hi.

Have anyone already cut the end of the new generation boss seat, I mean the bag area on the bag like shown in the pic by red line?

I was just wondering how easily it can be done?

And you could also make it detachable like with a strong zipper? and make maybe like a backpack, so you can detach it and carry it around?

Any ideas?

A decent upholstery shop should be able to to that. I would think they would need to make an end cap to cover the exposed padding.

yep I was thinking more like to get rid of some of em by shortening it. And then if there is need for that "bag" for some trips etc. Put it back on.

Or is that end "triangle" padding or foam?
It is probably too early that someone would actually have done this mod

but now you have idea of it

I am sure glad I got My boss seat last year. That new one is FUGLY.
