New Belt drive fail

So people who paid are supposed to copy and paste everything over here so that you can read it for free? Just to indulge you in the ramblings of a relatively useless thread, with virtually 0 useful information, that the failed sled's owner has never even posted in? Good luck with that.

Like Vida said, there are many free sites out there if you are REALLY that jaded by it.

yes!

thanks in advance

As i said, anything will break under the right conditions. If you can afford a belt drive or a sled with one, buy a spare and carry it. easy as that. They take up no space and weigh nothing, and guess what? You won't have to worry about it that way, ride the s++t out of it, and have fun. Everyone carrys a spare clutch belt(most...lol) Only stands to reason.

Im pretty sure Jared Sessions from Boondocker in Idaho falls logged close to 500 miles on a belt driven 13 with no issues.....I know that sled is setup to at least 220 hp...... oh and that sled was first on the demo tour before he got it so it had a 1000 stock miles on it before.... im sure that will mean nothing to anyone though since its already destin to fail.....:face-icon-small-sho

Someone delete this good hell I'm getting sick of reading about this when hardly any belt drives have been ridden or tested by alot people . Lets talk about worn out ball joint in skidoo tmotion!!!!! tudizzle tmotion is bad *** but when land a jump will it just want to tip, if to mutch weight on one side. Who knows who cares lets ride and then judge!!!!! It needs to snow fast so we have something good to talk about. Amen I'm done with belt drive until proven or failed

I thought poo did that so we would have a reason to take a break with the doo and cat boys when they are cooling down their belts......

I'm out. Again...

Well I previously decided to duck out of this forum and stop posting actively, as the drama and hurt feelings crap was just getting way too deep about a year ago...
After a while I decided to give it another chance here and have to say I've quickly been disappointed. Again. The constant whining, b!tching, and attitudes obviously haven't (and won't) change.
I'm bailing again before I start posting comments that get me banned...

Get the f!ng sand out'a your vag's and go ride your sleds people!

HAHA, no kidding. BUT, in defense though, you did walk into the most heated conversation (except turbo forums) on the internet this week.

BD did some turbo testing with the Polaris belt drive last yr and said it will hold up fine.

2:30 they talk about the belt drive.
