Need Polaris track info

I have and 02 800 edge with supposedly a 151x15x2.4 Pitch is unknown at this point
I found the numbers they read Camoplast 541-2443
the Polaris logo is also embossed
I cant seem to find any info on these numbers as to be sure the size I was told is correct
does anyone have any info on this as I would like to put extro's in

Yup, that's an original 2005 151x15x2.4 Polaris track. Dang good track.

5412443 is the original part number. It supersedes to 5412883 now.
