Spartan doesn't advertise any 7.3 tuning on their products page...unless I missed it.

There not bad to remove and install. Just take the valve covers off and there is one bolt holding them down. You do need to suck all the oil out that runs down into the piston. And there will be alot of oil.

As for tuners I wouldnt go with any of them

Look into

Dp-Tuner Jody does a very good job

Or Matt at Gearhead Automotive also does a very good job.

Those are the two I like.
