Need help! Cant reach more then 7000 rpm

Last ride of the 2024 season sled ran perfect, wanted to do some upgrades before the 2025 season, started the sled with 3 pulls and rode it up to my garage, no issues. Removed the head and installed a SLP head and a clutch kit for it, and installed the new map for my current setup. Went up for a ride after and as soon as I hit the throttle runs perfect up to 7k rpms and bogs out. Checked plugs and they were really oily. Came home inspected everything! Put clutch back to stock, cleaned powervavles. When back up riding, with a friend with the same sled. Still can't reach more than 7k rpm and bogs. Swap power valves and tried it, still the same. Swapped dynojet controllers, still the same, checked compression 120psi on both cyclinders, swapped, clutchs primary & secondary still the same. Came home, and order fuel filter, pickups, and fuel pump. While wanting for parts I cut out the filter and bypassed the filter, ran it again and same 7k rpm. Next im waited for a fuel gague to check psi but haven't got to that. Anybody had this problem?? Or have ideas??

Try running it without the fuel controller.. Seems to be getting way too much fuel..
I had an M1000 that did the exact same thing once; it was getting way too much fuel!

Unfortunately I have try that, my buddy sled has a stage 3 kit on it with the same tune, swapped tuners and was the same, then I just unplug the tuner and ran it just on the factory ecu and was the same outcome. Still revs between 6800 to 7000 rmp

This and just a hunch here🤔 is I purchased a 2014 RMK PRO 800 from a friend several years ago and at October without a test ride. His grandson owned it and wanted to purchase a car so he needed the cash. Along comes winter and I jump on it and bog bog bog and if I GENTLY nurse it off idle away it goes and then bog bog bog. I told my friend jump on it and try it and he looked totally floored selling me something like this. A bit of research including posts from this forum that it could be the TPS or throttle position sensor.
I got a battery and my multimeter and went through the entire procedure and of course reset it all to factory spec as per YouTube😂. Nothing appeared glitchy during all of the tests BUT after doing everything including pulling connectors apart and reassembling, the damn thing now runs perfect and never missed a beat.
Perhaps your TPS is defective or out of adjustment? Or in the case of mine, likely had a connector not connecting properly? It can be checked without replacing and there are numerous YouTube videos showing how to replace or adjust.
BTW we later found out my friends grandson knew about this problem but said nothing figuring it would just clear up. When your grandfather repairs the sled all the time, why bother mentioning it?🤣
