If your ECU was seeing fluctuating TPS voltage at WOT while running, you would be able to see that in a gauge Playback.

Supply voltage is staying consistent. Thinking its in the ecu programming or bad ecu. The tps % of opening is what is fluctuating.
I’m going to swap the ECU with another sled to see if that’s the the issue. If it’s pulling timing there could be setting that’s not effected by a reflash.
Keep you updated when we get some snow.
We back fed 12V into a 2012 with a bad stator to limp it out of the backcountry. I wonder if you stabilize the voltage with a battery if you could eliminate your issue.
The stator is now 3 legs DC 14VDC, 14VDC, 16.5VDC.
Another culprit could be one of the multiple capacitors.
You guys should contact Rick at North Star performance. I believe he’s on this site as well. He’s got these sled issues figured out.
Worth a phone call as I remember him talking about this issue before.
Do you have any more info on this, where is North Star Performance located? Thanks

He has cured a lot of peoples RPM issues, there is no single answer to RPM loss from what I have found. Some end up being motor mounts, some the PV is not fully open, relay issues, tps, clutches, etc.
Been known to do that.....
Doesn’t everybody?
