Yeah, they only do that package on the 07 and newer GT500s.
Chappy, I don't doubt that you saw that exact one. He bought this car, sent it off to Shelby for the SuperSnake package and then totally Olsteaded me before the car was done. He had the nads to move back to Boise before the car was ready...and left us alone up here in the Root and we never got to see it. Did you take any pictures of it?

Awesome car! Thats the first time I have even heard of it. I like it though. I saw a similar looking Saleen mustang tonight. I just wonder though. How fast could you make a stock mustange for the 50K in extra goodies? Get some more picks up of her. she is a beauty..
These are a beautiful cars but I sure hope anyone that owns one doesn't ever put one on a chassis dyno. They will need are really big crying towel if they do. Best one I have heard of was 570 at the wheels they figured about 630 at the crank. Owner said it was supposed to be 725. You didn't have to even ask the look on his face was enough. Can you say disappointed!!!!!! They sure are pretty, have to give em that.
Yea, with this lack of horsepower, you turn on the AC and the back wheels lock up......

My pa just got his back from vegas a month or so ago with the supercharger upgrades... I assume it is the super snake kit.
He actually likes driving it more than his GT.
I have driven the GT and it put a HUGE smile on my face... Just kinda hard to see out of.
He keeps telling me to take the gt500 for a spin... I'm going to have to take him up on it real soon.

I wasn't implying there was a lack of HP but if I just spent ANOTHER 30-35k for the Super Snake kit that claimed 725hp it better make 725hp!

No doubt that this is the one that was in the parade in Boise a month ago. It had MT plates though I forgot the county. Sorry...no pics...we had just been out to dinner and caught the rod parade on our way out of Old Chicago.
He definitely owes you a visit, after Olmsteading you here last summer when he picked it up.
