MXZX 440 shocks any good for trails? or should I get something different?

My 07 MXZX 440 has MCR Suspension shocks in it that are brand new. Wondering if they are going to be a little rough through the whoops and for normal trail riding?

If not anyone want to trade for a set of Fox Floats?

Or does anyone think I can get enough for the shocks I have and possibly get some fox floats or something better?
