MTNTK POLARIS MATRYX CHASSIS TUNNEL COOLERS

I only see the 49" version for the 155 or the longer one for the 165. The 155 one still goes way to the rear. Are you talking about the rivets for the stock coolers? I will likely need larger head rivets anyways for the one side as they got pulled through the tunnel. I am interested in these coolers though, that is a much better option than an entire tunnel replacement.
Read the attached instructions from MTNTK. Have the holes welded up and re-drilled for new rivets. Or you could use stainless steel washers on both sides (would look like crap on the outside. The MTNTK cooler mounting rivets use the all of existing holes and add additional mounting for the longer cooler. You would just have extra rivets. Put a wrap on the tunnel, good as new.

Their rivets looks like they have wider heads than the factory flat head rivets used. That was my plan tbh was to use a wider head rivet, I have a few spared from my backwoods bumper that go into the tunnel that might work

The 1/4 " hemlock rivets from MTNTK are the same as the factory. The backwoods bumper rivets are not strong enough for the structural support. You will need the 1/4" hemlock rivets to hold the cooler to the sides of the tunnel. You can you your bacwoods bumper rivets for the top.

I haven't heard back from MTNTK on the rivets. But if they are same as factory probably won't help, I'll need a wider head. Might just have to bite the bullet and get the tunnel replaced..20250106_110716.jpg
