Is anyone else having issues with rails coming out of track my has done this since day one im over it have 8 hours on kit now and averaging 6 times a ride to have to put track back on
Is your slide bushing in the rear worn? The only thing that keeps the rails from moving left or right at the front is that slide bushing. Track tension is important as well. I found the front of the rails were less likely to jump over the internal drive nubs if there was some pressure holding them down in front. A spring or rubber bumper at the front of the slide bushing in the rear will help hold the front of the rails on the track clips and limit the track walking off the rails, without need for excessive track tension. This also results in a bit more track on the snow and improved deep snow traction. As a side note, the track gets tighter as the suspension is compressed so you can get it too tight if it is real tight unloaded.
