Maybe a new SKIDOO dealer in Washington!!

I buy and sell alot of parts, so as long as you can keep your parts in compitition with the online stores then you'll get my business, hope you plan to stock some of the big sellers in the parts department, 5 and 6 hole base gaskets, crank seals ,pistons ,a arms ,belts ect......

I appreciate the advice. I am not a parts guy so what models do you think are the most popular to have crank seals and piston sets on hand for?

You guys will get RICH off Doo parts ;) It's really not that bad, I'm sure you will learn quick enough what moves out the door. That is probably the biggest complain of ANY dealer....not having common parts in stock...or at least knowing what the customer is talking about and being able to get it quickly.

not talkin trash but if you got the parts and service is courteous we dont mind paying a little extra for availabilty,cause we can mail order to the house for less.but no matter what, your going to run into it no matter where you go,motor cycles 7-10 days,speed shop dont have it call jegs or summit,just my .02 thats all its worth

Not sure if Corey has posted these pics anywhere on this site yet but I know he promised all you guys that this forum would be the first to know when we had the new doos on the floor.

tow ropes and the "Heli hot line" are always hot items for XP owners.......

Those are 09's. Must have got some clearance items from another dealer. The one on the left is missing the vent screen behind the bumber too.

They are 09's from another dealer. We have not recieved our 2010 models yet. As for the one on the left it is a 600 and it doesn't show up in the pics but it has a finer mesh screen than the plastic on the 800.

So who in the service department is learning the mystic art of clutching for the Doo's? Set-up is going to be a deal breaker if you're taking on the BRP line of snow machines. :rolleyes:

We are training our guys currently. We will definately love to hear feedback from riders as to what they think. I am not a clutching expert myself but my guys in the back have a good handle on the Yamaha and Polaris setups so I think they will be able to learn the Doo system.

good luck, I hope one of them rides, and hopefully one will ride the summits so they get real seat time on one , so they can help give first hand input on your customers sled,or just buy winter brews clutch kits and just add the price to the new sleds and stop the come backs before they happen!

Thanks for the vote of confidence Jeff. And yes, we have had alot of pleased customers and have found some good gains for the mountain rider and are happy to help out anyone we can.
We are excited to have Enumclaw on board with Doo and their support of sledding in this area...I'm sure we can complement and benefit one another.:beer;
