My arm stretch meter is telling me that my 21 khaos 155
Has more power than my 22 matryx khaos 165.
Im not sure what it is but they feel different. Matryx might not be out of break in, not sure. The 21 definitely feels stronger.
Are there differences? Anyone else notice similar?

Could be a plethora of items on either....but assuming everything is running as it should be, I would guess the 165 track and stiffer springs on the 2022 are holding the front end down quite a bit more and making it "feel" less powerful. Even if it isn't.

I can see this. The rear spring on the 155 feels softer. I have spent so little time on that one but when you mentioned rear springs that immediately came to mind.

I thought the gearing and shocks and clutching were the same for a 155 vs 165?
Referring to Springs and factory shock settings are different from 2021’s to 2022’s. ..not between different track lengths.

Gearing and clutching should be the same from 155 to 165, yes

I didn’t look at secondary springs but the primary springs are the same.

Have both, the 22 is pulling harder even so it has original clutching and not the 2021. Engine is more crispy somehow, guess its the new electronics.

We just had a 22 khaos matryx 850 165” join our group and it’ll pull the axys 850 163”(?) in our group buy a good sled length or two. Both sleds have clutching and a can for mods.

After riding again I would agree with everything stated.
Out of break in. It is not down on power.
