what are the shipping costs to v1t 3k9 and what is the thickness of the material thanks

1/8" aluminum with HDPE cover sheet. Shipping is $12 within the US. I have had a terrible time trying to ship to CA so I'd rather not go down that path unless someone can tell me how to avoid all the import garbage.
