Looking to buy a sled.

Thanks Matt, now that we have narrowed it down what i should be looking for is a 800 rev 06 or newer with no shorter than a 151 track. And milage is not a major concern. This is worse than trying to buy a car.

800cc+ .and aftermarket shocks are a big help too, reguardless of size/weight

i would go with:
1.) a mostly stock 03 skidoo zx highmark extreme with less than 2000 miles. The highmark extreme has the longer stock 159 camo track. Also, the REV chasis not as comfortable as the ZX for guys with Paul Buyan dimensions.
2.) stiffer torsion springs to start. Revalve later if necessary.
3.) gear the mofo down
4.) go with less angle on the helix for more grip on the belt.
5.) bump up engagement RPM a bit.
6.) put on the running board support bracketts.
7.) limiter strap should not be fully extended.
7.) definately need some serious handle bar raisers and longer throttle/oil and brake cables.

What about a KK?

What about a King 900 w/EFI? You can find a well modded sled for less than that price.
