Hey, thanks Westmont that would be great. The steeper, more tree covered and more penalty zones the better. Will be looking forward to hearing from you.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding all requests listed above and then some. :eyebrows:

Just be sure to bring extra fuel.

Hey guys wonderin if any one has some Edge front end parts layin around, tree decided to jump in my way so thought id try on here before buying everything new. Live in missoula area shoot me message mainly looking for a red trailing arm(exhaust side) and lower radius rod for an 02 edge

I'm fresh out of the parts your looking for.

x2 on that bill. wawaweewa was that a kick *** day! too bad my frickin sd card wasnt full otherwise i would have some epic footage....i thought i had captured most of it but as it turns out i only got 1/4 of what i thought i did. doh! sled ran good today tho...pulls waay harder with the pre updated head on it! oh and i managed to get my sled burried in a little slide on the side of the road lol. sun baked bank with 2 feet of fresh= slide. decided it was a good day for the trees if the side of the road was doin that! ill post some pics and maby some vid later

hey has anyone had any experience with the Carl's Cycle 910? im lookin at a possible trade for an iq with a 910 crammed in it but i dont want to get a hot potatoe/ ticking time bomb. i know its a mod motor with a very big bore on a stock 800 crank lol. could anyone give me the scoop?

ragin- LucASS put one in his 05 edge. The thing was just insane, pulled like a freight train. Really fun to ride, but it'd go up anything you pointed it at!! I'd ask him all your questions.

ragincajun, pm hardass (Larry) and poobrew (Kevin) on here. Riders out of Troy with a ton of miles on 910's and you won't find better people. They would be glad to help you out I'm sure.

One nice thing about the 910 vs the 903 is you can get parts for the 910 over the counter for the most part.

i just got a pm back from hardass. looks like they liked to break cyl scirts... :o sounds like some ran great and never missed a beat and some were ticking time bombs....looks like this one may be a gamble if i decide to trade this guy....its one sweet sled though. that chassis would be a blast with a bb in it lol

What did he have to say about the cranks? Do the seem to hold up about the same as any other 800 crank?

A bb in a iq would make for a nice sled but for the money what about a turbo in your current sled?

he said the cranks hold up fine. it also has the big bearing. as for the turbo i would love to but i just dont have the cash and this guy wants to trade straight across...but i dunno...its kind of a toss up for me. maby i should just get a quarter and flip it. ha ha heads is 910 tails is keep the D8 and turbo.

Find a time when you can both go out, swap sleds for the day, and see what the 910's all about. Might find you like your sled better and then again maybe not.

i have talked to him a little about them. ill have to poke his brain a little more about them. thanks!

Hey buddy, sorry I didn't return your call last night. Got kinda busy messing with Braidy's new IQ-R. Anyways....Mine had over 3700 miles on the original totally STOCK crank (no big bearing kit installed) before a rod bearing went out (not the end breaking off or any of the mains). Replaced the crankshaft with a big bearing kit just for insurance, freshened the top end, then rode the piss outa the thing for the next two years with just 20% race gas. Never missed a beat and pulled like a mamajama, pull the rope and go. Probably got 1500 miles in those two years before I sold it. Was also nice because it still had the PERC (electronic reverse). You don't know how much you'll miss having reverse until you haven't got it anymore. Used to think it was for old ladies, but can't live without it now. As stated before, all parts still available for them and easy to come by....I'll give you a hollar after work.
