(I borrowed it and I think a kid set it down...and it was turned off)

I'LL HAVE TO BUY SOMEONE A NEW ONE IF IT ISN'T FOUND.

Could be in the parking lot (probably not), out in the beacon park, along over between the XC ski trail or the tobaggan hill...or LIKELY under the road bank back in the trees before the intersection.

We did our pit tests down in the creek bottom back there under the road bank (where ALL of the tracks are) before you get to the intersection. Between the XC ski trail and the sled road.

I might head back up tonight and see if I can find it. Not fun.

Today, we dug into the same pit...and the same snow from yesterday was still fracturing underneath of that second ice layer just under the surface.
That was fairly ski-able and rideable as the avy instructor said.

BUT, we were also getting a pretty solid failure down about 30" that we did NOT get yesterday. And that one was letting loose with just a couple taps on the shovel (when the shovel head is laying flat on the cut block). Not so stable.

The snow changes from day to day and this is just another example of that. It changed right before my eyes from one day to the next....and not for the better.
Yesterday was about 32° up there and trying to snow. Today, it was about 18 to 20° and blue bird. A bit more crisp and cold.

Crazy.

went to seeley sat went about 2 miles and my friends cat took a dump. The wires that got to the cable selinode got to close to the secondary and melted 3 wires and they start to touch each other. Well we retaped the wires but still engine light on. So drove home that sucked. Well we tore the cover off of the selinode and the cable was all the way the other way. The wires must have made the motor go the other way so the exhaust cable wasn't working. Fixed that and sled runs good again. When we drove all the way back. No playing for me this weekend and snow is melting.

Made it up to Seeley too get a short ride in with the fellas and when I pulled up to the cabin I found smoke,broken truck window,crushed body parts,torn metal,shotgun shells,beer cartons/bottles strewn about,bloodshot eyes,human smells that are indescribable,a few zombies still lurking about and some young guy racing out of there at a blistering speed! Must of been a typical "man's night" at the cabin(suprised it was still standing). Who had a ?

what do you mean by "mans night"? lol like a broke back mtn "man's night" lol. sounds kinda fishy to me...men....race fuel.....mass amounts of alcohol and plenty of amsoil....lol glad i wasnt around ha ha
