Word is that FS trucks with sleds were seen headed up Fish Creek this week.

Don't know what that means.

Don't know if they are marking borders with signs.
Don't know if they are headed up Schley mtn road at all.
Don't know if they are going on a joy ride.
Don't know if they are going to make too many fresh tracks in our pow for tomorrow.
Don't know if they are going to be there tomorrow or now.

Don't know what it means.

Be nice to know whats up before we all drive up there, hate to have the place locked up or worse

I doubt it closed. Last week the Superior Ranger station said that they are gonna close it next year.

Haha

I got a key too!!!

Everyone make sure your licenses are up to date.
Last I was checked, I needed both a MT, and an Idaho tag.

Oh, yeah, I'm just barely gonna make it, but I'm still gonna make it...

Good ride indeed. We'll have to do it again.

Never did see you.

We left truck at 9:45. Were on Kidd by 10:40 or so.

Was great back up behind the lake!!!!

I had quite a workout after we started back to test hill. Buddy got banged up. Tore up his shoulder and was really tired and exhausted. Couldn't hold on or barely stay on his sled.

I got up to razor ridge above Kidd (headed back to test hill.)
Found out Les was too messed to to make it through the ruts just off above lake, so I hiked all the way down to him.
Got him unstuck and up through the first set of ruts, sent him up the hill on his sled. And I walked all the way back up to the top of the ridge. Took me just over 30 mins to hike it.

I had a detour while i wad hiking up the ridge though. I was fricken beat when I caught up to the guy on the white Dragon, but I sorta helped him get it unstuck and drive it the last 50 yards up the hill.

Blessing in disguise. Helped him get unstuck, and I got to drive it the rest of the way instead of walking. Lol.

I weighed myself on certified digital scales before I ate breakfast this morning. When I got home, found that I sweated off 7 pounds today.

Mike K, thanks for driving.

Les, thanks for the beer.

Winger, thanks for the Yeager.

Hayden, good to see your dad. Wish I could say the same for you. Haha

shut up scott

Thanks again, John for showing us around! That is the first time I have been back into Kidd. Hopefully I can make it back again soon! Thanks for the show Jessie lol, your balls must clank when you walk. AND a big thank you to everyone who helped me drag my sled back up onto the freaking road! Next time I will try and keep it under 80 on the trail lol

Thanks to Wingnut and Westmont. They are much better guides then I am, and I couldn't have done it without them. Also thanks to Relentless for getting the Browning/Cutbank guys out of the rock cliffs. The visibility sucked, but the snow was great. Ragin, thanks for bringing your buddies. The more support we have to keep it open, the better off we are. We should do a ride like that every year.

Yes indeed

Was alot off fun, kinda made me miss my Turbo, ha....... but I got over that pretty quick!! Was nice meeting a bunch if new guys.....
