The way I understand it is that you had to send a letter in before to be able to appeal it. I'm not sure if the appeal letter needs to be sent through a lawyer or not?

Well...hope it hits, big bugger sittin way offshore right now

Real winter appears ready to return to western Montana, with mountain snow expected on the weekend and a possible arctic outbreak due Tuesday.

National Weather Service forecasters said a cold front on Saturday night or Sunday morning could drop a few inches of snow on higher elevations, but not do much in the valleys.

“We’re seeing a stronger, wetter system coming on Tuesday,” meteorologist Ryan Leach said on Thursday afternoon. “The main event is going to be much bigger and have much larger impacts. In the mountains, snow will be measured in feet.”

I check this image every day. Looking GOOD a few days out.

I thought maybe a lawyer because it says.
" At a minimum, the appeal must meet the content requirements of 36 CFR 215.14.". Whatever the hell that means?

hmmm.

Ride swap anyone? Hopefully SW MT gets a little, but I don't have a lot of faith in forecasted storms around here. It seems like whenever the so called "experts" predict a big storm, we get about 6 inches. Traditionally our biggest snowfalls come during the spring when they call for mtn snow/ valley rain. It will just dust a little here and you will look at a snotel site and it will have gone up 20-30 inches in a night.:face-icon-small-sho Those are my favorite rides. The snow seems to stay awesome right about till you run out of gas. Hopefully someone gets it, be nice to see some good pow pics in the next few days.

Looking for someone to show us around on Monday ,(we'll buy the beer)!!:face-icon-small-ton have to go too spokanne this weekend for the Spokane RV show,thurs-sun and was wanting to get a day in on are way home, looking for anywhere on lookout, figured with this much snow you could probably go just about anywhere and it be awsome!! even just piont us in the right direction!! on best place to park and go from there would be sweet!!!
