Had to go where dealers take trades and give a fair trade-in allowance. We tried local dealers first and pretty much got the brush off on rajins trade in. Really can't blame the smaller dealers not wanting D8's with all the known engine problems but like the 900 was Polaris just wants it to go away. They are fast becoming a non-selable sled.

I see, I see that is understandable. I bet it was sure hard for you guys to have to unload the D8 so Rajin could take home a new PRO!

yeah what 2xm3 said.....its a bad sign when no dealers wont take them in on trade lol....but with all the problems i had with that pile o ****......i was torn up inside to see it go. NOT! im glad they unloaded it with a forklift....i was afraid if they started it that it would throw a rod out the bottom or something lol

Hard to imagine but I think it's straighter then going thru the Lochsa. Not a straight 2 miles for 7 hours.

FVR I know Skadi on here and BCR is running a turbo from a guy over your way I can't recall who though, but she was pretty happy and is looking forward to riding it more this year now that she learned a thing or two. Scott actually rode it last year and I know he knows whose kit it was.


Two weeks until the X sled is ready to tear the flat land swamps apart. Just have to put some pet screen on the nice hood and then jets and weights.


So that means I will know how to ride a sled next time I go to Fish. And maybe West and Wing won't be the only people from here who show up for the gong show!!!
