i went to high school with the two guys that were killed. i didnt know them after that, but its still kinda crazy when its someone that you new growing up. the news said there were two others that was with them that survived and called for help from a satelite phone, then them and many others sledders started searching. sad news, my condolences. be safe and stay off the hills everybody.

I saw the video on KSL just now. Didn't look the the type of terrain I will be going anywhere near for quite some time.

I don't know if it is good or bad that I am actually scared all week before going riding? I guess I would rather be living in fear than be complacent.

Fundraiser?

One of the guys just recently got married. I can only imagine leaving a young widow at home during the holiday season. We might want to consider doing a small donation of sorts and maybe coordinate over the DT ride?
