Beautiful weather today.....wish I wasn't sore as hell from thursday....plus I am working at my desk catching up on the last two weeks. DANG.

holy crap was the day a beautiful day for sleding! we went up copper creek and there was a foot or so fresh and t-shirt weather! i had to work hard to get on top of the lake bowl! raod is getting bear for about 500 yards by the turn to indian medow. had an awsome day! got to ride a turbo rx1 and man do i want boost now! got to watch a guy with a 1500 psi which was really cool. we got a butt load of vids of jumpn off the cornice in the lake bowl and me eating sh!t in a jump lol and some more really cool pics. ill load them up tonight and put them on tomorrow for you guys!

Yes it was Harmon from Havre with the 1500. His chassis is a 99-01, but he has an edge tank and seat. Wow what a sled.

There's enough snow up there to ride in June Douggie.

BUT someone with a plow needs to head up there and break up the two drifts.

The next few weeks will suck getting in up there once you can drive to the snow again wha lah..... but with 80 in Missoula this weekend it will go fast... you might make 1st hopefully 2nd week of june

June is EASILY doable if you can get past the Red Creek drift.

Looks like anything above 6,500' is gonna get dumped on....don't the bowls barelly get that high??

Snotel looks like its been raining up in the bowls.

Snotel shows that it hasn't got below freezing for 8 days now. I don't see how there can be rideable snow up there. It sounds like a lot of mushmobiling to me. Hope for colder weather to set things up a little. Oh, the tops of the ridges are about 8200 ft and Snotel sits at 6950 ft so the snow could stick up high, just getting to it could be a problem, Ken.

Lincoln - anyone going on Monday

looks like nasty weather through the weekend but was wondering if it clears a bit is anyone heading up on Monday. Also, I dont know what the road in is like or even if the road in remains open after the warm weather and all the runoff.

Sledhed, Blue Fluff and I trying to get there this coming Thursday.

all I know is last week was excellent and more than enough snow for long time to come. snotel shows 6"+ will be more before this is over. It stays a little cooler in them bowls Ken.

Showdown webcam has looked like winter too the last few days.
