Lightweight Secondary Spring Cups?

Speedwerx (pix) and SSI both have them. Anyone have experience with these. What other clutching adjustments need to be made? I would think at a minimum a different secondary spring to counter the weight reduction, maybe?

i dont know about cat but that part doesnt move in a poo secondary so it shouldnt effect the spring. Its about less rotating mass which is always a good thing as it helps spool the sled up quicker

I have one, haven't installed it yet. ill get it installed next week and report back. But with that being said I was planning on clutching it at the same time.

Shouldn't have an effect on the spring. My ZRP one is a bit of a press fit on the splines so it definitely isn't moving in there.

Unless you’re going for the ultimate lightweight set up, it’s not anything you’ll benefit from. Won’t affect your clutch and you don’t need any other special parts if you buy it.

The bdx one comes with nice rollers

Speedwerx ya have to order them separately.

I ordered the derlin washers to prolong the life of it

Have one in both my acenders with no problems

No changes needed with just the cup
