Lets talk suspension set ups for weight of rider.

Every time I buy a new sled I ride it with stock settings and adjust constantly through one season. Let me ask all you this. My height is 6 foot and my weight is a muscular 225 is there any "cheat mode" to set these sleds up faster by height and weight estimates? I rode my new 155 Kahos Boost yesterday and the front shocks seemed to bottom at times hence the post today what is the boards option here?

I actually think a shock should bottom once in a while or you have them too stiff. Obviously you dont want it very often.
