this one snuck up on me. i was sleeping at camp and dad shook me awake and told me to get the 308. he was stocking mice in the lower feild. he started to run off when he saw me and made it about 4 steps before that v-max hit his spine . 215 yards

My deer the 2nd day of season. A nice 5x6 with a 23 1/2 inch spread. Missed a 6 point bull yesterday. Hope to get back into him again. Scott, if you can guess the bar in the background you win a prize.

heres a deer i got yesterday.
I went hunting... shot a deer... in the leg.. had to kill it with a shovel.. took about an hour...

Nice bulls, our Elk hunt in unit 10 Idaho was a bust but..
Did get this little buck opening day with the stick and string, 400 yards above my house. Pic on the game camera is 6 days before I shot him. Missed a mid 150 in buck due to stand placement only to find out he was poached, not many around like him, had to settle again this year as this was the biggest one I had on camera. My X force put him out quick.

08 West River deer shot east of Sturgis. Was after Mulies, but the snow prevented us from getting to them so had to settle for these Whitetails. One on the left is a low 140's. The one on the right won't score as high but has a nice little 5 inch dropper. Deer steaks and eggs for breakfast this morning!
