Klim warranty -FAIL thread gone, WT?

CJ so I may have not covered my cussing enough for you but there isn't much of an accusatory tone to this, I was asking valid questions but instead of getting any answers you erased my post thanks... Lets try this again with out the explitives but with same questions
OK since the other thread was moved over to the POOF section, what was the eventual outcome of the glove warranty problem? I have a piece of crap pair of Klim gloves that came apart in the exact same way right at the seams. Do I drive them to rigby and find someone to cover them? They have one finger tip that has a little melted spot on it, but thats not the reason they tore out. Maybe worn 5 times and they are cold as hell in the first place.
PJ maybe make this a sticky, here not in the POOF section, and stop drinking the koolaid its starting to get to you
any answers would be nice

Not to get into technicalities here, but the only bash on snowest was asking why the thread went poof, as for PJ I'm not bashing him he understands and has tried to listen to the users of snowest and we have a good relationship, as for bashing on Klim, yea thats kinda what the original thread was about, if they are going to make and inferior glove that falls apart and then not cover it under warranty, then yes it should be pointed out. That is info right? and content? Which is what actually makes up much of snowest.
My gloves are not the only pair that i have seen ripped out on the seams all of my riding friends have tried them and they've ripped out and none I repeat none have been covered under warranty so if someone comes up with a way to get them warrantied I would be interested as would other users of this forum.
Now how is questioning a companies products bashing?

So....we can't have an open discussion about the short comings of snowmobiling brands? Can we send a mass PM to the entire forum each time one of has an issue we'd like to discuss concerning riding gear?
I understand not bashing SW/mods, but all snowmobiling related companies are fair game, sponsors or not. Once this site goes pay can I have every thread in which someone speaks poorly of me deleted? I'd be a paying customer same as Klim.

I wont buy klim gear for that reason alone..I keep hearing how they wont warranty stuff.........as for some of the mods on here..i really think they need some profesional training before being turned loose on the forum....

This is crazy!!! I just don't get it!?! Now we can't make a legitimate complaint about a product that is advertised on the SW forums? I have to say I have been pretty loyal to SW through out all these changes but it seems they are really TRYING to make people leave! I belong to most of the "other" forums too, but they still aren't what SW used to be...so I keep coming back here. I don't know for how much longer though. This just isn't right. As far as I'm concerned this isn't really a "forum" any more. You can't let other members know about a product that has had some problems?

Same thing here. Sent my gloves in and got them sent back. The stitching between the palm and thumb failed. Said the stitching was not covered under warranty. Got a pair of TNAG gloves and have not looked back. The palm and thumb is one piece on them. They have held up great and have 10 times the use the Klim gloves did.

Wow! Somebody document this one so that next time the mods say "nobody has proof that SW is over modded and you're all a bunch of whiners", you can show them this little gem. You mods gotta ease up.....if KLIM is gonna put us over a barrel, they better back their product up or be prepared to face the wrath. Sponsor or not, they are responsible for their product and we are here to hold them to that.......welcome to capitalism........except I forgot this forum is going the way of our current federal administration.......bunch of socialists.
