Klim Guys - Need Your Advice in Picking the right Jacket and Pants/Bibs

Wow, do I ever need new gear!


I see there are the Klim Valdez, Tomahawk, Allure and Klimate jackets. What are the bennefits of one over the other.

As far as pants/bibs go. I see there are the Extreme Bibs and the free Ride pants.

I'm in Alaska and I have the Valdez jacket with Extreme bibs and love em. I had the Tomahawk before the Valdez and I don't see any difference in warmth so I would save some cash and get the Tomahawk.

Congrats on the choices

I see opinions are done @ this point since you bought, you won't be dissapointed in the valdez I'm on my 3rd season and it's bulletproof (and I rub alot of timber ). I paid full for my coat but got my extreem bibbs on a great sale so from now on I buy my gear in the spring (call me frugal, more $ to put into my ride ). I would also recomend the adrenaline boot also 3yrs. and nice and dry, you can't go wrong w/good gear!. Let us know if you like your new threads.

Valdez jacket and Togwotee bibs. Best gear on the planet! Worth every penny IMO.
