Dee it was directed at Handwhatever. If you read his post he bascially says if you don't like Klim or there products tough, they are so big they don't need me or anyone who reads a post like this as customers. They are killing it and nothing will stop them. Hand read my post. The whole thing not just the title. I own a retail store. I deal with this stuff all the time. I wouldn't even ask for help if I didn't STRONGLY feel that is was their problem to solve. We usually just take care of our customers and then fight with the manufacturers ourselves. I won't lose a customer over $25. Also, I did talk to them on the phone. The nice lady said "we will be sending you a new set of gloves, these can't be repaired". Then I got the original pair back with a note that said they don't warranty a tear. The material is unfinished behind the sewed edge. If the sewing comes lose it will rip very easy, it is a very rough un-sewn edge inside the glove where you can't see it. The thread broke, the seam opened up, then they tore a little on each side of the broken seam. They know this, they make the things. The gloves cost me $90. Lots of cheaper options but I wanted something good. $90 is not going to kill me but now I don't trust them to make the same call on a $400 jacket or a $350 pair of pants.
